Overdraft
Overdraft enables your company to overdraw the current account up to the agreed limit. Interest is calculated on the outstanding credit, limit fee is calculated on the unused part of the credit limit.
- Overdraft enables your company to overdraw the current account up to the agreed credit limit and within the agreed maturity. Concluding overdraft agreement a customer shall pay to the Bank one time arrangement fee according to the Price List. Interest is calculated on the outstanding credit, commitment fee is calculated on the unused part of the credit limit.
Overdraft is available in EUR.
- Intraday overdraft enables your company to use the agreed credit limit within a banking day. The used credit amount must be repaid by the end of the same day. Intraday overdraft can be used for example when incoming payments are expected to arrive later on during the day, but outgoing payments should be made earlier.
Concluding intraday overdraft agreement a customer shall pay to the Bank one time arrangement fee according to the Price List. Only annual fee is calculated on the credit limit, no interest on the used credit is payable.
Intraday overdraft is available in EUR.
Possible terms:
- repayment term up to 1 year;
- overdraft is available in EUR;
- maximum overdraft limit up to 80% of the company’s average monthly turnover;
- sound credit record of the company and owners.
Forms of collateral:
- mortgage over the real estate owned by the borrower or third parties;
- commercial pledge over the assets owned by the borrower;
- sureties of private individuals and other companies;
- other forms of collateral are also accepted, being assessed per project;
- LGA guarantee;
- RDF guarantee.
