OP Customer Portal

OP Customer Portal is a new solution to our bank's digital services in Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania. Designed with simplicity and security in mind, it offers more seamless experience for managing your banking needs online.

What is the OP Customer Portal?

The portal is a secure, centralised platform that allows you to:

  • Log in once using strong authentication and access multiple banking services without needing to re-authenticate.
  • Navigate easily through your banking tools with a unified dashboard.

How to access OP Customer Portal?

OP Customer Portal is now available for OP NetBank users enabling access and features to Estonia’s, Latvia’s and Lithuania’s NetBank (with user rights).

  • If you have existing access to NetBank, please use this link - OP Customer Portal‍ or use shortcut in the upper main menu - Login > OP Customer Portal
  • If you don't have access to OP NetBank, please contact our Cash Management team via Latvia.icm@opbank.lv. 

What's next? 

We’re rolling out the portal in phases.

In the next development stages, the Portal will be:

  • enhanced with additional features, giving you even more flexibility and convenience;
  • available also for customers without Netbank access.
