We would like to inform you about the amendments to the General Terms and Conditions, Electronic Services Agreement, and the Pricelist.

Changes to the General Terms and Conditions and the Electronic Services Agreement

Due to updates in SEPA payments effective from 9 October 2025, we have made amendments to the General Terms and Conditions and the Electronic Services Agreement of OP Corporate Bank plc Latvia branch.

Key changes:

  • Introduction of Instant Payments
    You can now send and receive euro-denominated instant payments executed immediately via the SEPA Instant Payment Scheme. Funds are credited to the recipient within seconds, even outside working hours and on holidays.
  • Payment Limits
    You can define your own maximum transfer limits for instant payments per single instant payment and/or per day for all instant payments from the account.  These limits will apply to the account and will be the same for all authorizers, regardless of the payment initiation channel.
  • Limit Management
    Instant payment limits can be changed by a NetBank user with User Manager rights under the Electronic Services Agreement terms.
  • Verification of Payee and Security
    The bank will verify whether the recipient’s name matches the IBAN account number. If the information does not match, you will be notified on possible risks. If you decide to confirm the payment after the warning, you take full responsibility for the consequences.
  • Customer Responsibility and Options
    Customers must monitor account transactions and report discrepancies immediately.

If you disagrees with the changes, you have the right to terminate agreement with the bank before the changes take effect without any penalty.

Changes to the Pricelist

The updated pricelist will take effect on 1 November 2025, with the most significant changes related to:

  • Settlement accounts
  • Payments
  • Bank guarantees.

If you agree to the changes, no action is required. The pricelist will automatically take effect on1 November 2025.

If you do not agree to the changes, you have the right to immediately and free of charge withdraw from the service agreements affected by these changes. In such cases, please contact the bank in writing.
